If reading is your thing, thriller author, Stephen King, can be found conjuring up his next book in Sarasota along with AC/DC lead man, Brian Johnson.  And if Ocala isn’t too far of a trip, John Travolta can be reached, but only via his private jet way, please.  The late Oxy Clean/infomercial superstar, Billy Mays called Tampa home as well and I have a feeling if asked what he thought about the city, he’d sell it like he did in the commercials…”You’re gonna love it.  I guarantee ya!”

As time passed during construction, so did the hot market. Price values fell, economy woes continued, and buyers lost interest.  Whether units were being purchased as a primary residence, a real estate investment, or a second home, many could no longer financially afford the new condo.  Buyers still excited to move in to the building found it difficult to obtain financing since the banking industry was hit so hard.
