Q. Have there been any recent renovations or upgrades to this beautiful home?
A. The kitchen and family room were recently renovated to 2010 standards and boast a screened porch for pretty weather. The two car garage with guest house above was built new when the house renovations were done. The guest house is grand with bath, sound proof room, and kitchenette.
Q. Can you tell us a fun fact about the property?
A. The home is featured in the current issue of American Bungalow magazine with 14 pages of exciting views of the house. A copy of the bungalow was created in a playhouse built in the backyard with the same materials used in the home.
